Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time of access, the requested resource, browser and operating system) in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it stable and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; a copy of the safeguards is available on request. Log data is not merged with other data and is kept only as long as needed for security and stability, then deleted.

Reach measurement

We measure the use of this site with Plausible Analytics, a service of Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia. Plausible sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no profiles. Your IP address is used to count the visit and find the country, then discarded. It records page views, the referring page, browser and device type and the country, aggregated and without reference to any person. The measurement runs through our own domain and is forwarded to Plausible on our server; your browser still makes no request to a third party. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a data-sparing measurement of reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Plausible stores the data in the EU.

This site links to the six shows' own sites and to YouTube. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that site applies. Nothing is loaded from those sites while you are here.

Writing to us

If you write to us, we process your message and your address to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and keep the correspondence as long as the matter is open, then as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased. You can restrict its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Write to privacy (at) leonandvera (dot) com.
